Sandra is AMAZING! It’s a very overwhelming process for someone who is a first time home buyer, and Sandra was able to put me at ease. She always took the time to explain everything to me.
She got back to me in a timely manner whenever I saw something I liked, and she always made viewings when they suited my schedule. She replied to all my messages as well pretty quick too! I never felt like I was bothering her.
Most importantly I felt that she genuinely took my situation (budget, timeline, must-haves, deal-breakers, etc) into consideration and I never felt pressured or rushed.
